 | 2007-06-23 Congratulations Dennis! Dear Velocy, Just a quick update on my progress. I just finished my first Triathlon. I was able to train for and complete the Olympic distance race thanks in large part to the 101's. My next challenge is the the America's Finest City Half Marathon in August.
